Drawing on 28 years of experience in private practice and 20 years serving in the Executive and Legislative Branches of the Federal government, with additional experience in corporate management as a Chief Operating Officer, C. Alexander Hewes, Jr.,  has developed a practical approach to senior management and personal client counseling that involves the rapid analysis of complex problems and the identification of cost-effective, common sense solutions.

Now in private practice again, Mr. Hewes is working with a few select clients who are pro-active in wanting to reduce legal costs and to avoid costly litigation; yet, if forced into litigation, need winning strategies while pursuing creative settlement alternatives. The tools Mr. Hewes bring to problem-solving include the combination of years of experience as a trial attorney, both in court and in arbitration proceedings; years of experience as a Federal antitrust investigator, and hands-on experience as a corporate executive.
